How on earth can they ignore that they lost a boat ?? how many do they have as to not notice loosing "just one" which kind of control does exist over public properties ??

The PR. cops were probabbly running drugs in it as part of Eric Holder and the Justice Depts. Fast and Furious Two.
We all saw how part one went why would part two go any better?

The motors on the SeaVee I posted look like 2003s to 2005s with the cowling s they have, I'm pretty sure they were 2003s. So, if it was a police boat, they DEFINITELY got traded for the motors on the boat of the OP.

A little light on the story of the missing Sea Vee

http://www.elnuevodia.com/lanchadefu...a-1251898.html

It appeared today on the local newspapers... For some reason it was declared a total loss and presumed scuttled.... The article mentions that an investigation to prosecute the responsible will be held... Time will tell...

My HS Spanish is alittle rusty but I think that article claims the boat was lost to aliens in the Bermuda Triangle. It was transported through time and repowered only to end up in TCI with minor damage.

Google Translation from el Nuevo Dia (above) - apparently someone fudged a report:

The PDP candidate representative of Carolina, Angel Garcia Matos, today asked the police superintendent, Hector Pesquera, to investigate the discovery of an expensive boat of the Joint Forces of Rapid Action (FURA) in the Turks and Caicos which was reported as "lost and sunk" by the unit in Anasco.

"The Superintendent of Police, immediately, to investigate under what circumstances led to the staff of the western region of FURA declared as missing a modern boat 34 feet in length and declared as scrap, when in fact it is being dismantled residents of these islands. Although weather-beaten look, in a photo it looks like residents to dismantle and subtracted valuable equipment such as motors, batteries and advanced communication equipment, "said the candidate for the House of Representatives for District 40.

"This lack of oversight costs the country tens of thousands of dollars in state and federal funds and the Superintendent should not to overlook this situation," he said.
