What's the difference between cylinidrical and saddle? Mine are cylinder shaped on both port and starboard size of motor. I'm going to be pulling the tanks out soon, hopefully this weekend, get em pressure tested and coated... I also want to paint the bilge...

Not questioning your purchase, but since its already out, and you have access to gear heads you might want to dive in a bit deeper into that. I've built enough motors to know when one is top end job and painted and one that was completely disassembled and rebuilt. Also Osco is not your best brand for risers, I would take apart and look over carefully while out. Very nice boat all the best with it.

Yep, I appreciate the tip... Plan on sending it out to the local shop who built my fathers 427 to have them look it over/ dyno it, sometime this winter..

My dad has the same boat. He put a diesel in it. I can shoot you photos of it as I'll see it this weekend. Post some photos of your cockpit and salon.

I meet some guy at ralph's dropping off the same boat to be hauled out and he was telling me all about. A new rebuilt engine with no time on it. A friend of a friends dad was to old and just didn't use it and he got it super cheap. 2 cheap pachmakers in a week! lol good luck with it!
