Default 1971 Bertram 24 Moppie

I recently purchased a 1971 Bertram Moppie 24', one of forty made by Bertram. I have had all the dings in the hull repaired and was wondering what is the best best means to re do the hull. Should I use Algrip or attempt to re gelcoat the hull?

When I lived in Fl a few years back there were several Bertrams that had been completly redone. All of them had been repainted as part of the refurb some used Awgrip and some used the Interlux 2 topside paint. Would recomend having it sprayed on either by yourself if your good at it or hire someone to do it for you. There was a thread a few months ago it was a guy refurbing a Bertram and he had his hull sprayed you might want to try and search it on here.

Here is the link to the refurb i was talking about (31' Bertram total rebuild - Sea Hottie )
