Default Adding Fuel Guage 15 1/2 ft Edgewater

The boat does not have terminals for adding a guage. It is 10 years old. Is there any way to display fuel supply without drilling into the tank?

Is your tank built-in or is it a portable tank?

It is built into the deck with filler on port side so I can't just use a rod for measuring.

I can't believe any boat builder would install an under the floor gas tank without having a sender on it. I can see a manufacturer being cheap and not including a fuel gauge as standard equipment. Are you sure you don't have an extra wire (should be pink) in with your dash wiring? Have you checked under the tank hose access cover for any signs of a sending unit on the top of the tank? ;?

If the builder put a fuel gauge on the console you can bet a fuel sending unit is under the deck - somewhere.
