I asked a salesman at Caribee boat sales in Islamorada that very same question 6 years ago. (Caribee sells both Grady and Pursuit.)

I bought the Grady ( from a private individual) based on that conversation and couldn't be happier with my choice.

The only thing that sucks is the location of the generator...but the Pursuit looked no better. In fact, it looked worse.

The Pursuit OS 315 is a tank!!! Great heavy weather boat and when you want to be comfortable on the hook, your on.

I have an 2010 R305 with twin yami v8 300. No problem planning off and runs fine at 3300 RPM 32 mph at 1.3 mpg. I'm sure with F350s or new yami v9 300 it would run better.

Have had some typical new boat issues but Robalo has backed their product 100%.

Note Robalo is a subsidiary of Marine PRoducts, Inc (MPX) (also owns chapparal) and is probably the most finanically sound boat builder out there. No debt and loads of cash.'

Robalo DID have hull problems with the 2007 R295 aka R305. THey redesigned the hull and renamed it R305. That was the planning issue, especially with the F250s

I have a 2800 wa hydrasport obviously I think it's a great riding boat I just had her in the keys and the whole Tim I was down there seas were between 3 to 7. I took her out in all of the above and can't complain. She really handled the 7 foot seas well... I have never been on a pursuit but heard from guys at the marina very good boats as well good luck

the OS 315 is a great boat. Ive crawled all over it and was very impressed with the fit and finish. I sea trialed one on lake erie and the waves were 3-4 very closely spaced. The boat handled extremely well. It was a little wet with the spray from the high winds but the high wind shield made it very dry in the helm area. The boat handled well around the docks and was very responsive. The boat i was on was equipped with a bow thruster and we never needed to touch it backing in with 20 mph winds.
