Thanks for the heads up.
On the road now and headed North.
It's not pretty.
Full report when we land.

Wow....the a holes took just about everything...surprised they didn't take the copper......at least the boat is back and looks to be in good shape...a little sprucing and a lot of re-rigging and some more B, S and Tears but she'll be back to her old self once again......Glad to see you recovered her.

A stolen boat is one thing.. but the time and effort that went into this one makes me sick.

I would have lost it all together, Like a full on freak out!

I'm left almost speechless at all the labor of love that went into it. I started your thread this morning 9ish and just now finished 5:20pm, a truly remarkable journey and testament to someone who loves perfection for lack of a better word. There are 2 things I despise in life (1) a liar (2) a thief, I was crushed when I read your "Frisky" was stolen. I am going to make a suggestion and rightly so- don't indicate either way if you intend on adopting it, as I wouldn't want to alert thieves in the future of what may or may not be incorporated in your restoration process. Get some sort of a lojack/gps warning system hard wired in discreetly to warn of movement beyond its berth that alerts you instantly. After what you have been through, I'm sure it would be money well spent. God speed on your restoration, and keep us posted. The best thread in any forum I have read, and I've read lots. I also subscribed, and that's a first for me. Congrats on your biggest catch in your life--Frisky!!!! If you show her half the attention you put in the boat, you wont be disappointed, I've been married 27years--I found the right one--I think you have too. Good Luck to the "3" of you!!

Man, Thanks for your thoughts.

Boats are family members.
When someone screws with your family, they need to find a new way in life,

So trying to figure out how people could be so lost in life that they steal.

No religion here, but God, please shed some light on them.

I'm a gun tote'in, God fearing, Republican.

It's just a boat. All the work and hours of building have been taken away by someone that needs a new direction.

Somehow, i feel they gave it some love while stripping it, as they were very gentle.

Boat is still very screwed up, but it will have bloody decks again real soon.

Thanks again every one.

Just so you know, while Shelley (Frisky) and I were bringing it back from Homestead the other day,
I got calls to me and my Office from other Hull
Truthers that saw us on the highway.

I got several PM's from people that saw us towing North,

The outpouring from this Forum has been astronomical.

Thanks everyone..

I hope I can return the favor someday.

Headed down to Parker Yacht's next Wednesday with the boat,

I can't say enough to describe how Ole has been involved with the re-build.

Ole drove over to Sarasota and went through the boat with a fine tooth comb.

He's the real deal. No Bullshit.

I really like this Guy and he has the ability to bring it back to better than it was.
.
The pain is nearly over and looking forward to getting the decks bloody again soon.

Wow. I checked to see if you had posted anything new. At first (reading back through the posts) I thought they'd stolen the race boat. That would've hurt a lot less. Sorry to hear about this... I can't even imagine. Thieves suck. Why can't people just leave other people's shit alone! I don't even know what to say... I know it's just property, but there was so much heart, soul, blood, sweat and (now) tears put into this boat. Paco must be devastated, too. I hope the rebuild goes well. Fair winds and following seas, my friend.

Default Progress

Here's a couple of pics of the progress.

The two 12 inch mfd's just squeezed in the dash.

Motors are painted and ready for decals.

Road trip tomorrow to Lauderdale to see it in person.
