Yamaha Fuel Management Help!

I've post it here to get more replies. I have twin yamaha 225 ox66
and my fuel management gauge stopped working today. The sync
display works but the mpg, gph,etc. all read zeros. Please Help!

check and see if you have the PS still displayed on the gauge face. if you dont the sensors in the fuel system have lost their connection to the gauge. i have seen this in the past. sensors are typically located in the bilge some where and their plugs occasionally get corroded and loose connection. if you have the PS still on the gauge face they are still recognized and this suggestion isnt your problem.

I have the same problem, but with the speed gauge. The speed usually reads two dashes lines, but it might read one consistent (incorrect) speed for five or ten minutes, before going back to the two dashed lines. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like the pitot tube is plugged. Not sure how to unplug it though. Maybe remove the tube from the back of the guage and run a pice of mono down through it. Might take a look at the lower unit to see if there is anything obvious plugging it.
