Honda, Yamaha or Suzuki?
* Looking at a 4-Stroke preference in the 150hp range.
* I fish 95/5 - Freshwater/Saltwater
* I average 4-6 hours on the motor per week.
* A low RPM trolling speed is important.

I think you will have a hard time getting a straight answer to your question but these are all very good motors.
You may be better off selecting according to the "best dealer in your area" scenario. Or go over the features
offered, for instance the Yamaha has the auxillary charging lead setup ect.
I think you could get any of the new 150 hp outboards as they are all good.

If you want a 150 horse power, I would go with a Honda. The Honda 150 v-tec pushes 155 AT THE PROP....standard 5 year warranty. From your prop nut to your gauges.

I have owned and sold them all...Yamahas, a Honda, Suzuki 2 strokes, Mercs 2 and 4 strokes, a few Johnson's and Rude's thrown in too...UNLESS SUZUKI SCREWS UP AND CHANGES SOMETHING FOR THE WORSE I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER 4 STROKE MOTOR OTHER THAN SUZUKI...PERIOD... Two stroke...Optimax...
Suzuki is easier on the wallet too...

Stop outsourcing and buy "Made In The US".

Yamaha was the best for a long time; however anyone who owns a Suzuki will tell you they are the new kid on the block. Great engines, built tough, sips gas, quiet as can be and more affordable. What else can you ask for? I have a Zuke 175 with 236 hours in 14 months of hard use and not one hiccup. Plus the dealer network is expanding very fast..

Also, keep in mind that the differences between these three motors might be negligible given the criteria. In other words, brand A, B, and C might have reliability of 98%, 97% and 96%.
In my opinion all three of these brands are the best out there, so shop for value and personal preference.
