Default Boat snacks

What are some good snacks you like to bring on a day trip? (not including sandwiches)

Frozen Smucker's strawberry PB&J uncrustables, find them in the freezer aisle at any grocery store. Individually wrapped so you dont get bait hands on your food. Perfect on a hot day offshore. Yes i know they are considered "sandwiches" but try it, youll thank me later. I eat one on my way out, and one on my way back in. Small enough to be a snack and to hold you over till lunch or dinner.

Not including sandwiches?

That’s easy. Definitely three blondes from an accredited institution.

Jerky, Snack sticks, pretzels are all staples on the boat. Royal Farms fried chicken has replaced sandwiches for us.

Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Almond Bars. Very tasty and knocks hunger out. They are not cheap, but the 12 pack of Walmart brand is just as good for the same price as 6 of the the name brand. They have some other flavors, but almond is my favorite.

Peanut butter pretzels are a staple on my boat. Trader Joe’s sells them unsalted. I also like string cheese, some variety of chips (Pringles travel well), and oranges.

Cold pizza. mmmm.... throw it in a ziplock bag and doesn't take much cooler space. The big pretzel rods too.

Summer sausage and cheese. Here in TX we have Praseks that has jalapeno and cheese made into it. My favorite.
