Default Sea Ray vent search

Struggling to find a genuine boat junk yard that has boats on the hard and available for parts......anywhere in the US. Maybe such a thing does not exist?

I am also struggling to believe that the part I am looking for is not .....somewhere....either on the back of a shelf somewhere or on a junk boat somewhere

What I am looking for is below. If anyone has any thoughts, I would be grateful.

Looking for a Sea Ray bilge outside vent (Sea Ray calls it an insert) in the hull that was used from ’96 to ’02 on a number of sizes, 370 through 420.

These vent assemblies were just glued into the hull

Photo is of the undamaged port side. I do need the starboard side

Sea Ray part number, if helpful, is : : 829896 T/F 420AC Outer Bilge Insert STARBOARD

.

Thanks,

Jeff Sickles

That could easily be 3D printed. Might want to make some calls in that direction.

Yes you laser scan the one you have. You can then make a reverse image. You can even reduce or expand exponentially.
