Slightly OT but looking for a ID on the piece of metal, below, that my kids picked up from a local boatyard (VA) while exploring the other day. It’s really heavy but won’t score easily like lead. Seems to have been “worn” and possibly when whole circular like an anode. Ideas to the item and type of metal?
Geeze, how do I attach pics from iPhone? Getting old..

At the bottom when your trying to attach it, click on " original size" or something size, and it will pull up a menu, click the "medium size" and it will attach your picture.
