Help identifying these helm chairs

These two helm chairs came with my new-to-me blackfin 29. Love the boat, love the chairs, but they don't work on this boat - at 27"x27" they are just a bit too big. I know they are very nicely restored older chairs from a larger sportfisher but that's all I know. Iis there any way to know who made them and what their value is? Disclaimer: I want to sell them and buy some traditional high end flip-up seats with smaller footprints.
Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions on identifying and helping determine the history and current value of these.

They look like Pompanette 130 pound class fighting chairs without the footrest and rod holders, or a knock-offs thereof. The spray lubricant with aluminum dribbling down the pedestals is a nice touch.

I'm pretty sure Pompanette 130 is correct. I am really struggling to know what they are actually worth - i.e. how much I can reasonably ask for them.
Pics of the blackfin per request. I had the hatch off in the first picture for a few of days to strip down to clean aluminum and reseat the glass which went well and looks new now (and most importantly doesn't leak). A few other minor projects but otherwise I was fortunate to get this boat ready to roll and can't wait to take it offshore this spring.

The market value is going to be tough to peg down as without all of the other gear (footrest, gimble and chair mount) all you really have is a nice set if helm chairs.
I am only going to venture a guess, but I think you would be hard pressed to get much more than $1,500 for the pair.
