Maybe he is a troller but I would not have thought to ask how many seams there would be or how it would be installed. So this post has some benefit.

Definitely beneficial. Reminds me of the time I had the windows tinted on a VW bus. Picked it up and they had put the tint on the outside. Never even thought that was a possibility.

Probably but this up under a new name then told the installer I'll name you if you don't fix it

THT should make it so you can't start a new thread until you have 10 posts

You didn't pay him until you saw the job complete did you?

He ripped you off and knows it. You didn’t get what you paid for. Dispute the charges with your CC company, flip him off when you get your money back and walk away.

not quite that easy...credit card companies actually investigate reverse charges...otherwise everyone would do it...

Did you see any of the guy's previous jobs before entrusting him to do your boat? If not what made you choose him?

Intstead of a 'professional' email (not quite sure what that is), have you tried calling him - IMO complaints always work better either face to face or, if distance makes that difficult, over the phone - complaints over email just result in a lot of back and fore messages and, IMO, just waste time. If you want a record of the complaint, follow up the conversation by a summary of the conversation and any resolution agreed. Always best to tackle such situations head on for both the customer and the supplier - you never know, he might immediately agree with you and offer to re-do it and your problem will be solved.

Except for transom and some filler trim pieces, all wraps are one continuous 60" TALL seamless piece
