Default Carysfort 19

Anyone heard of a Carysfort 19 boat? Good? Bad? Composite? Found a 1989 for $9800 needs rigging. Crazy?

Never have. Did a Google search. Is it a Paramount styled hull? Lil' performance center console. There was one on OfferUp in Sarasota.

I saw this boat for sale in Key Largo as well. I was wondering what the story was with this model as well.

Yup. That's where I am. Before the ad, I saw it on the side of the road but when I returned, it was gone. Thought it was sold. It's a nice looking redo, not perfect, but nice. I am concerned with the all composite statement and it being a 1989. Did they all composite back then?

Yes. I believe that was the first year that Hewes flats boats went woodless.

Ahoy, I saw where the boat is sitting now. Have you asked them if they know anything about it? That shop should.

Chatted with the seller. They didn't know much of anything or at least didn't offer.
