Default Bilge paint Recommendation

I am in the process of repowering my boat and will be painting my bilge once the motors are removed and after some research on the forum I really wanted to go with Tile clad HS but it does not seem to be available in my state or any surrounding states. I was told the next best option by Sherwin Williams representative that I spoke with is Pro Industrial Water Based Catalyzed Epoxy. Anyone have any experience with this product being used in a engine room/bilge? If not what are some brands/products that you would recommend. Thanks

Clean, degrease and rinse& dry. Use solvent based Epoxy, 2nd choice water based Epoxy, any high quality brand.
