I agree, but it’s also hard to compare 25ft boats with 35ft boats, and that’s what’s happening on this thread. FWIW, same boat with top and isinglass, 7 people loaded for a day in the Tortugas. Numbers I was given were 1.4 @ 45 and 61 WOT.
The boat is very efficient, but it’s 35ft. It’s not going to get 25 prowler economy.

Probably a number of 30' and under cats can achieve that fuel economy. We find that the fuel economy is proportional to the displacement.

OP is looking for a unicorn if he wants a cat over 35 feet to hit those numbers (Compmillenias are unicorns so shout out to Otseg for building some of the coolest boats out there).
Also, by the way OP is talking in his two posts here he is looking for a USED boat to do what he's asking, which would actually be a Sparkly Rainbow Colored Unicorn that Poops Golden Nuggets and Cotton Candy.
Sub 30 foot, there are a few options but still believe will be hard to find, especially if you're not willing to drop some major coin.

I haven't seen a used Compmillennia for sale in over 5 years.
Never any resale of a 39' or 40' Compmillennia. That tells me owners really like their boats.

For sure it’s doable, but you won’t have any seats, windshield, t top, and maybe no console. Probably no cleats either 😂

Manta 25
Prowler 25 with 200's
GB 26 with 300's
Cayo 26
If you put enough power on any cat it will almost ride on its props leaving most of the hull out of the water.
I did not see that the OP said he wanted a +35 footer

Is there a cat out there that has speed and fuel efficiency (besides the ones I won't spend that much money on Freeman, invincible I know prowler would likely fit the bill but you can't find one for sale.) Looking for 2+ mpg cruising at a mid 40's speed and top speed at or close to 60. Does it exist outside the big 3?

Maybe the Calcutta 263, loaded light.
The old Seagull 20 and the newer Sarasota 22 is a possibility along with the Cayo 26 Prowler 25 and Manta 25
But going light and shorter will roughen your ride, so if a smooth ride is not a huge priority you can look at larger monos like the older Fountain 31 open that will do that easily as it has less fiberglass surface area than any cat with the same length.

you should take a look at the new 36 and 32 Jaguar offshore. There is a build thread just started for the 36 and they state that a 32 is in the works. I suspect that greater than 2mpg would be the 32. Top speed on the 36 with twin 300’s is planned to be 75 plus (with sport master lower units) and they tell me that an existing kingfish tournament boat with 300xs 2 strokes does over 80!
lol you know the propaganda machine is in full effect when dudes are taking about mpg of drawings.
2mpg @ 60 on any boat with reasonable size and load in real world conditions is a pipe dream. Show me all the finessed down current, no fuel, no water, no ice, no gear numbers you want...it’s like saying how great a boat rides in seas b/c it crossed the wake of the sea ray in the intracoastal
