Triumph - How to repair Ropolene?

Axle broke on trailer, tire dug into boat leaving a healthy scar.

Advice please!

Performanceoutdoors.net is the new website that replaced the old Triumph owners website. And they archived everything! There's all kinds of stuff there. Including your very case. there was a guy not long ago that had a flat and caused a big gouge in his triumph. He has a whole right up on it there.

I am offshoreman on that website.
