Default Timer to run a bilge blower 24hrs for ventilation

I don't have access to shore power and need to improve my bilge ventilation so I don't get mildew. Has anyone installed a blower on a timer so it runs periodically on a 24hrs circuit? Any better ideas?

solar powered 12v fan. I haven't used it for about 8 years but I bought a cheap 12v fan and cheap solar panel off amazon and put those under my cover when I used to keep my boat outside. worked better than nothing. And it ran when it was hot out, so it was circulating when the humidity was the worst.

Great idea. I actually have a solar vent fan mounted on my cabin hatch and it works great. Just don't know how to set one up for my bilge.
