Default 24-25' Twin Engine CC $90k?

I am looking to upgrade from my current single engine bay boat to a 24-25' twin engine center console. I currently drive a 1/2 ton F150 and do not plan on buying a 3/4 truck, so I have to be able to tow it regularly 45-60 miles a trip. I really want 2 engines so I can safely take my wife and 3 boys out fishing, when the weather permits. We usually launch, fish, and boat around the Orange beach or Mobile bay area. My wife want some sort of forward seating(I dont think she will sit up there as much as she thinks she will). I Some sort of fold up rear seating is a must. The boats I have looked at that have peaked my interest are the Cobia 240/237cc with twin 150's and the Cape Horn 24. I know the cape horn is a better hardcore fishing boat, but it is seriously lacking in interior space and creature comforts. I am looking for a 2-3 year old use boat and my price range is $90k.

I am also looking for a similar boat and want a contender 25t. Unfortunately, 90k doesn’t seem to be enough for a 2-3 year old 25t, but I am still searching. lol

The cobia has a nice wide beam solid boat for the price for sure. If your looking to go offshore a lot go with the cape horn. If not go for the cobia for the space. The cape is going to ride better in slop than the cobia

That Mako is the shortest CC that offers twin engines. Any other makes out there that offer twin engines on a 23 foot boat?

Sportsman 251 or 252 should meet all your requirements.

Budget will be your challenge but I was searching for the same a few years ago and was looking at many of the same boats as you. I ended up with a 26 Jupiter. Had to settle for 6 years old but I don’t mind doing that for what I consider a premium brand.

Edgewater 245 and Everglades 255 might be 2 others to look at.

FWIW, I have the EW 245CC with twin 150, and the F150 I have pulls it very comfortably..

I got my 2016 24xs cape horn with 85 hours on it last year within your budget. Radar, dual 12 inch screens, through hull transducer etc, in like new condition. Love everything about the boat!

I’m not much of an Everglades fan, but the Edgewater might be an option.
