Default Center Console mold solutions

Every center console Ive ever been on had a musky moldy storage space inside the console.
I just bought one and proceeded to wipe down the inside with a mild bleach solution and took the mold stained carpet off the wall for replacement.
My boat will be stored with a boat cover and under a carport. Im thinking Ill store it with the console door open to allow air flow.
Any other suggestions?

Try damprid. I just replace every few weeks. Helps a lot.

I haven't found a solution yet. I tried damprid, but the bags would be done in less than a week. But the humidity in SE LA is pretty excessive in the summer.

I store with door open and make sure do not have anything wet being stored in there ..IE Wet life jacket , Wet lines etc. Moving air is the best solution. If you have a small computer fan or something like that it will help tremendously to assist in the air exchange. But exchanging the air is key how ever that happens.
