Default Valhalla Center Consoles

Anyone have experience on how the Valhalla Boatworks 33' and 37' models compare to boats like 32' or 36' YellowFin or 33' Onslow Bay i.e. build quality, pricing, ride etc? Curious to see how these boats fair in the market considering they are coming from a pretty proven manufacturer in Viking Yachts and look to be some pretty high quality boats.

They look beautiful. At the new England boat show they had a 37’ and i made a point to check it out. The quality of finish would encourage me to look elsewhere if I were shopping that segment.

I don’t know anything about the price, quality, spreed or ride but I think they are the prettiest fishing cc ever made.

The fit and finish and build quality is definitely at the top of the CC market. Their market is the owner of one of their Sport Fish, so they are built with equal craftsmanship. The hull is a tweaked version of another well regarded hull. Anything Viking does is top notch, so you can count on excellent customer service and a product that rivals or exceeds any CC currently offered.

I'm confused. Are you saying they are beautiful boats but poor quality finish?

I saw some pictures posted of their wiring, I was not impressed for a million dollar boat. Maybe it was earlier in production and they hadn't figured out or hired the proper riggers but considering the pedigree I was surprised.

I agree. Was all over them at the NE boat show and wasn’t impressed compared to
Mag Bay, etc.

I agree. I crawled all over one at a show and was unimpressed, at that price anyways. It’s done better by others. I guess their target buyers probably don’t cross-shop much.
