Default Cost to Truck a Boat

What's the going rate to truck say a 31 Bertram without a trailer? I assume the shipper would have to use a low boy trailer or a hydraulic trailer to haul the boat. Do they charge by the mile? The haul would be between 250 to 300 miles.

That should be in the area of 1200 to 1500 . Depends on some prep and reset items . Find a hauler on the way to another area and get him one way would be the dream .
