Default Minn Kota Riptide Ulterra 112 w/ iPilot & Bluetooth

I am thinking about putting a trolling motor on my bow. Anyone had any experience with the Minn Kota Riptide Ulterra? On other forums it seems like there are consonant problems with the Auto Stow & Deploy lever and motor. This is a feature I want so I don't need advice on why I don't need it.

There are lots of threads on this subject.. I am in my 3rd season with my Ulterra. My auto deploy / stow has failed 3 times, each time the "reset procedure" has recovered the issue. I would highly recommend !!! I have 1 small complaint, I wish it would interface with my Garmin MFD. Cannot speak on any other brand.

Ulterra 112 here. Best thing on my boat. I killed it yesterday by forgetting to pull it up before trying to jump on plane. The motor would not stow after that abuse. Fortunately I found enough cell signal to find the reset procedure. Bam, back in business. My only gripe is no communication with my simrad. I cannot imagine fishing solo and having to deal with the stow/deploy routine.
