What happened to the 44 Luhrs? I know of two current lawsuits with these hulls.

I don't understand how 41 Luhrs owes a dealer money and needs to get a title signed for them when he didn't purchase a boat from them. Bobby stated that he was not the selling dealer but still wants money and the title signed.

Can I get a program so I can follow along better?

You get what you pay for, right? I've always heard Luhrs were poorly made boats. Am I wrong? Not trying to stir the pot...just been under the impression that Luhrs was second-tier, at best.

This guy's GOOD:
Didn't finish school,
traded in his x-wife's boat
didn't pay balance,
got free boat, a 41 that's really a 44 at that,
transport of the boat back & forth to Florida,
two night free stay
free winter storage,
and who knows what else?
Did he get the Coast Guard Package as well?

I would suggest, if attorneys are involved, Luhrs41 should resist urge to post. It is not beneficial to his case.

I understand fully dealers and their salesmen trying to discredit a buyer that has problems with a new boat and posts problems on THT. It happens allatime.

If it were me I would let attorneys do the work without messing up their job with posts.

You posted your problem. Let the sheet fall where it may.

Get your money back! I would..

Flame on..

I can tell who works for who from reading posts. It is obvious.

More pop-corn. I need to help the rum down.

Ahhh! Das Goot!

PS: Some states require your wife as a cosigner on all major purchases. That would require her sig on a sale. Fl being a separate prop state does not. In CA you can't do financial s... without lil ladys sig.

41 LUHRS - 12/20/2006 9:57 AM

Remove and replace rear bulkhead it is bowed outward.
Remove and replace rear door assembly not parallel and plum to jamb
Table is broken on bridge, leg is too long.
Bose system need's working remote T. V still not working properly
Front anchor locker needs to be finished ( only caulked )
The draw under master bed hard to open
On the 24 volt side of panel the main breaker light is out
The holding tank still smell's in the boat
The holding tank gauge in head does not work
Clog in holding tank vent again I have pictures of football shaped tank
The new wash down & live well pump needs to be repositioned and re plumbed.
The Y in my sanity is also messed up now after repair. Of transom door
Transom door catch does not latch after repair. Of transom door
Fiberglass need to be repair on hard top from misplaced antenna and of center, center rigger
Large crack on transom by cockpit door
The hard top is still leaking very badly.
Loss of steering on down Quarter Sea need tunnel extension as per Pete Grady. This creates a very dangerous condition. Also confirmed with Pete Grady from Luhrs ( this condition caused our entire family and friend to be thrown out of their seat on numerous occasions and scared the living hell out of my wife other on board )
The rocker switch on the panel on fly bridge is not working properly may be corroded. Needs replacing.
Screw fell out of seat again on port side rear I would have fixed it but it is striped out.
Bow pulpit is all torn up from wrong size anchor installed as per Pete Grady
Additional venting for A.C.
Master state room hatch leaks and blind is ruined.
Head hatch leaks also
Engine room 2 light fixtures need replacing
AND THE LIST GOES ON
Atsanawesomelist. Just refreshing the post. Suggest using spell checker next time.

I'd forgotten this part.

Popcorn''s ready.

Did anybody catch that comment about how all hard tops that are through-bolted eventually leak if not maintained. I didn't realized that this was scheduled maintenance when the boat hits 250 hours.
