Nope, but being operated out of the Silverton plant in NJ. Should increase quality while in NJ but as far as I can tell luhrs upper management hasnt changed.

I don't know if any of this has been stated, never seen this thread before. I worked at a dealership that sold Luhrs(probably figure out which one from my location, but I will not disclose) and there were a lot of issues. One that sat around as a test ride boat, has such a leak issue, from poor sealing at the hull seam, the entire interior had to be ripped out, EVERYTHING forward of the engine room bulkhead. TV, upholstery, all wood, etc.

Nother one had the "new" cats for the time(maybe 2005), driven up on the water, blew up one motor on the way, because of a bad electrical issue(everything on them was controlled electronically, including shift, throttle, etc.). Replace the motor, entire electrical system for that motor, month later, other motor blew up same reason, replaced that one and entire wiring harness. Last I heard, he was having issues, and were flying in CAT mechanics to take a look at it, then I left the dealership.

Had plenty of problems with the Luhrs, not to mention their outboard design of the 8d's is the worst idea anyone has ever had(it might be the 32's that are the REAL issue with getting those batteries outboard of the engines.

Default did he LIE everytime he posted?

to have been such a "POS" that was always "falling apart" and "could NEVER use" and was ""unsafe" and "structurally inadequate", the boat really doesn't look too bad and is certainly not being REPRESENTED to be a POS to buyers....

http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listi..._id=74959&url=

or this one -

http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listi...boryachtsales&

And at 500+ hours, usage doesn't seem to have been particularly limited... Yes, this IS Mr. Luhrs41's personal boat, owned by Rick Mawker. If something actually DOES go wrong after the sale, this thing is a lawyer's wet dream for deliberate misrepresentation as documented in THT... We could only HOPE that "them chickens come home to roost"...

It sort of makes you think that JUST MAYBE not everything you read here is actually "The Hull Truth"... Ya THINK???
