Default Andros Boatworks does not show up on NADA post 2012

Just recently purchased an Andros Boatworks 2013 guide 20, during financing bank tried to retrieve NADA value. Well there is zero data for Andros Boatworks post 2012, has anyone else run into this issue. I will be contacting Andros tomorrow to see how this info is not making it to NADA website.

Contender has no NADA values also. You have to use values from recent sales and surveys.

Thank you, not many recent sales. So a boat survey will have to be done then. Thanks for the information

Any Idea why these certain boats don't show up on NADA website?

I am pretty sure a company can elect to not allow NADA to list their brand. I am pretty sure that is the case with Contender.

Had a similar issue when I bought my palmetto custom, between the marina, bank, insurance, who ever else was involved anyone who looked at it would come up with a different name. I think Iím insured for a sea pro (with a legal note itís a palmetto custom) as that was the parent company but for the amount that my survey had for the palmetto. If Andros has a parent company or a sibling company have whoever search for that. Itís a tough process for an off brand boat using companies that say theyíll handle whatever boats but you toss something new at them and they canít figure it out. My finance and then insurance company had me tell them what the costs of the hull/engine/trailer were.

Regulator is not in after 2006, either get a surveyed value or bring 20% down, or pay cash.

There are quite a few manufacturers that are not in NADA. From what I have been told you basically have to pay to be on there, so many of the smaller custom/semi custom builders don’t. When I purchased my last boat I had to have a survey done to establish value. Not all lenders are ok with that, you have to find one that is familiar with boats.

NADA is predicated upon broker or seller reports of recent sales. No recent sales....??? No reports.
