Default Yamaha - break-in period new head gasket

Looking for some assistance with a project I started. Yamaha 130hp 2001 replaced head gasket (head and top plate) - recommended break-in process.

Any assistance helpful.

No break in required, although I like to run it on the hose up to temp, then cool down overnight and re-torque. But thats just me
