Default Berky Boats Carbon 44' Cabin Cat

We have a 44' X 12' cabin catamaran in the works with quad 300 V8 Mercury outboards. The cat will be built in post cured epoxy with a carbon content of 80%.

This is a no nonsense offshore work cat. The next one will be more sports fish oriented.

44 sportfish with upper station and outboard with walk thru transom would be the ticket. Just need to give you my deposit 😀 and then win a lottery or have a friend give me all their money. Berky your customer designs and use of lightweight materials is one of the best small business stories of the last few years!

We went 100% carbon on the inner liner/floor mold

After a 160f post cure for 12 hours.

We are using the best materials and processes within reason, it's very expensive but the results are going to be fantastic and the performance numbers will speak for themselves.

This cabin design is a work boat, the next one will have a more traditional sports fish look.

Well, I guess someday, someone will build a gorgeous cat like this that I can afford.

Can't wait to see the finished product.
