Default Willis Boat Works Harkers Island My Experience

While I can not say to much because of legal issues, I would like to issue an open apology to all I have offended. This apology extends to Mike and Brian of International Marine. Just trying to wright a wrong. I was wrong!

Clinton,

Thank you very much and it was not necessary. I had hope for you and others that he was doing the right thing. I knew that that was not the case as I saw signs and documents that proved otherwise. He was the king at making others believe otherwise and again I am so sorry for your loss. At the end of the day I just hope that you get your boat and you and your wife enjoy it for years to come. I will be speaking to your new builder tomorrow and I will do what I can to help them get the parts that you already paid for at my cost. I know it is not a lot after everything you have been thought but there is no way I am going to take a penny profit.

Mike

I'm not sure what wrong you have done but that takes a lot to publicly and anonymously apologize. Proud of you...

Sorry it's come to this.
was pretty obvious that your boat was taking way too long. Hindsight is always 20 20.

You don’t owe an apology. You had to have faith in the guy that was building your boat and cheerlead him along. Sucks it didn’t work out. I don’t know that the other guys have ever posted a finished product since the beginning.

For sure and it was not necessary. Our focus now to help him get his boat finished so he and his wife can enjoy.

Willis Boat Works shed is getting auctioned off soon. AJ Willis is done building boats and likely will get hammered by many law suits filed against him. He is done.

Correct. So they say. Defiantly ain't the created of the Carolina Flare if he was he aint any more and hasn't been for sometime. more like the creators of screwing people over and building / cut N corners on boats. Reason why they can't built boats and haven't built in years, Maybe ask some of the few people who built one of his boat and see what they go to say. hopefully its good news but doesn't seem like it. I will say his old man way back when kinda was able to build a plank on frame rig. I've run and worked on a few of his old charter boats. Never could really finish the boat. would give you a half finished boat and you would eventually finish it on your own. I been in the game for sometime and it seems that this WILLIS name is coming up on the docks / island lately and it ain't in a good way. Seems JR done messed it all up.

Well done 10buddy. This took some guts. I hope you get many years of enjoyment out of the boat to help make up for all the troubles you had to go through.
