Default Yamaha 10 Micron Fuel Filter Assembely Dimsensons

Hello everyone, I am building a fuel filter and battery / storage compartment on the transom of my Radon that I’m converting to Yamaha F115 outboards.

Can anyone tell me how tall the Yamaha 10 micron fuel filter with stainless mounting head is? And how much space is needed under the filter to get the filter off and do a change?

Before I start glassing, I just need to know how tall I need the compartment to be?

Thanks everyone!

Alex

Which one? The “Mini” or regular size?

The filter itself is 6", add another 2 1/2" for the base and you'll need at least 2" below it to remove it.

Thanks guys. Yes correct, the bigger one, not the mini. That is the exact photo and measurements I need!

Now to proceed with the glassing...
