Default Replacement plastic for swim platform

Hello,

It's time to replace the plastic/ starboard of my bolt on swim platform. I searched and searched, forums, google, etc and can't find where to get one of these without buying the whole thing with the bracket. I've seen plenty of replacement's made of teak, but none that are plastic. Anybody have any ideas before I just order a piece of starboard and make my own?

Is that a Garelick? Looks very similar. They do sell replacement parts through the online retailers and dealers. Not cheap tho.

It's made by "AFI", who doesn't seem to sell any replacement parts. I'll check out Garelick though, I would think it's a pretty standard item that would fit across multiple brands.

You can check with these guys:
https://www.boatoutfitters.com/

You can use 'On and Off' to clean the rust stains or just use a dual action sander with 180 grit sand paper to clean your current platform.

Is it broken in any way?
A pressure washer will get everything but the rust stains.

Thanks for the replies, I still couldn't find anything so I just ordered a piece of starboard that I'll cut to size and router edges and slots for traction. I tried a few tricks to get the old one clean with no luck. Didn't actually try to sand it, which would probably work, but the sun damage goes pretty deep and looking closely it actually has small cracks. I'd still be worried about it breaking even if I got it to look decent.

I had similar inserts in the swim platform of my prior express. I had PlasTeak make a set and they turned out fantastic.

you can find the whole thing as cheap as $110 or so, i guess its just not worth the inventory issues making it available separately

You can ship it to Boat Outfitters and they'll make you an exact replica. I just had them make some doors for my flybridge and they are awesome.

Cheaper to buy the complete kit and just not use the hardware. I have the boat outfitters platform with a 3 step and its pretty nice
