Default triple 300HP yamahas-Im locked in gear

I changed all 3 impellers, oil pumps and timing belts plus anything else that could breakdown. Dropped the boat in the water and the center engine is locked in gear. Where should I start my troubleshooting.? The engines are 2012s-1000 hours

Pull the lower and double check everything... something didn't seat correctly.

We are going to take off the bottom leg tomorrow and have a look. Its strange that 2 out of 3 work fine.

I have a different thought whenever I do this service....I always leave the shifter in neutral. That way if somehow when removing the old impeller housing or working in that area I manage to bump the shift pawl stud on the lower unit it and goes into fwd or reverse.....it is easy to tell when I rotate the prop shaft.

All I have to do is rotate the pawl one way or the other until I hit neutral and I am fine. When doing the service on my nephews F350's, we did have an issue where the shift shaft missed the pawl....there was a lot of room in that LU to have that happen.
