Default Engine removal 38 luhrs tournament (express)

Has anyone successfully pulled in the engine out of the 38 Luhrs tournament express without removing the hatch? I found a great deal on a block rebuild that I can undress the current engine pull it out and put the other one and address it but I’m not sure and get that engine in and out of that hatchway without removing the hatch. I would greatly appreciate anyone who is tried or done it I don’t as I don’t want to buy a block and then find out I have to remove the hatch which is basically impossible with 300 wires steering shifters electronics. Otherwise I’ll just do inframe

I replaced my Cat 3126's without removing the hatch.
We unbolted the hatch and used come alongs to raise it as high as the wires allowed, worked great.
