Good that the scumbags will get what's coming to them hopefully.

does seem extreme to call that being involved in an accident when the damage is quite minor and cosmetic. , Voiding the warranty on a boat and making insurance total it. nope, I'm not saying the guys don't deserve a new boat if that's what they had versus a repaired one but that's not usually how insurance works with cars.

But the insurance will go after the scumbags for the cost of a brand new boat so there's that on top of their criminal sentence.

Like I always tell my kids, the world is full of idiots ,don't be one

I'm glad to see this behavior is not going to be tolerated...there is no excuse for that...my one question is...what caused that guy to bug out?

Its a great lesson for people to learn...two wrongs don't make a right...but three rights make a left...

"His boat had to be totaled by insurance because it is now considered as having been in an accident which voids the warranty on their new boat."

So these repair guys saw some bass from the roof, called first dibs on them, then the nitro pulls in to fish them before they get off work, and the construction guys decide that destroying their hull is the next logical step to show who is the boss while the victims film video of the event.

Tracker naturally voids the warranty, the insurance cancels them, and now they have to go through a criminal and civil case to get their boat repaired, and even if they win, the construction guys have nothing to pay them with except for the old jon boat rammer.

No doubt the construction guys are gonna do some time for this, but the guys in the nitro knew a confrontation was coming after they started throwing screws at them and decided to keep fishing instead of avoiding an escalation.

So now I wonder if the Nitro guys can now borrow a boat to return to the spot, of course armed the next time, so that we get some more updates to enjoy.

So, if somebody wants to bully you, take your possessions, rape your family, we should just leave..
Not in this country..
Rule of law will hopefully drop on the a$$holes hard and send a clear message to those who don't have their emotions/thoughts in check

My thoughts exactly on the assault with a dangerous weapon... Driver/rammer could have received 2 in the melon..

So where are all the THT fanboys of the rednecks who were claiming that they weren't "assaulting with a deadly weapon"? Huh, huh?

No, that would be wrong.

It is always 2 to the chest first and then 1 to the melon.

(or 1 driveshaft up the ass) 😂
