The orange life jacket reported within the past hour was 58 miles off Tybee, if I heard correctly.

Letís all keep in mind the hours speant by the USCG and the amount of resources our country has to put into this endeavor.

i think we all as boaters should be thankful that we have someone whoís willing to come
look for us and also thankful for what has happened over the past 5 days

bemoaning the decision to call the search off is really doing a disservice to all those who put their butts on the line to search for 5 days. Flying SAR in itself is not without risk, and we all should be thankful for our USCG men and women

such a good post. Thanks for the reminder. Not speaking for anyone else, but I'm emotionally spent by the ups and downs. I can't imagine the families and the SAR crews emotional positions.
