Definitely add the pontoons. Don’t want to be too tippy

I had them on my 243 and really liked them. They came with the boat from the factory.
Why do you want to add them?

I think he's talking maybe about those transom pods? My first boat had those build into the hull and they stick back from the transom to add more flotation to keep the boat up and help with planning under a heavy load. Looking at everglades pics I can see the utility of them as well for boarding from the water and getting away from the engine.

I would add them as they help with the boat bouancy. You'd need to get them from Everglades.

Pretty sure you couldn’t get these from Everglades to add and had to order a boat with them.

2009 243 here we don’t need them. Everything seems to drain fine on mine.

They have to be installed by Everglades and only during the initial build. I believe they are only offered with the observation tower.

I would like to add them as well. Great spot for the power pole and that model certainly needs more flotation in the stern. I can tell you how many times I've had to answer "where is this water coming from?"
