Float is not stopping fuel flow.
Should be an easy fix

I am looking at sending the carb away to be re built. I found one place Flying Fish that will re build it and test in on a flow bench. Another place I called will test it on a actual motor at idle and wide open. Is one way preferred over another ?

Why send it off? It's a simple fix.

Does the carb sit level? WHAT is the fuel pressure?
