Arrow Setting up a swell bridle. And video with a hot chick.

Anyone ever over-night with this arrangement -- the bridle, not the bikini. LOL.

I fish a lot while anchored. This method works well when fishing and anchoring with a cross wind.

I'm intrigued by it... but I've always been told to void tethering any part of your ground tackle to your stern... It appears that this causes a triangular shape where the anchor is one corner, the bow is another, and the stern is another? So that you're not off the beam or the stern, but more "angular" - so to speak?

I use a variation of this with a sea anchor. It's called a pendant line. You attach a snatch block to the line leading to the sea anchor and pull it on a cleat until the boat faces the waves.

You can actually stand while fishing. Amazing.

Only issue is your lines go somewhat forward, but the pendant line helps with that.
