Looked over websites nationwide to get an idea of pricing and there's not many boats for sale of this year/model - ask is $29,500 - Think $26,5 is reasonable?

Try Anglers edge or god forbid - Pop Yachts, Craigslist? Maybe contact a surveyor who has access to BUC Value. $26.5 is still a little high, but you're probably paying a premium because of it's rarity

For that year is it a 228 or 225? Mine is a 2001 and is the 225CC. Not sure when they made the 228CC but thought it was late 2000's. Not that it really matters. Great boat

Offer $20K. 16 yr old engines on a great, but not overly popular boat. Small dealer network, although I believe it to be every bit as good or better than a Whaler, the general population may not.

Don't I wish $20 would get it done - just offered him $25 cash on the spot ans he said no. $26,500 and no lower. Oh well, on to the next in line - couple of Hydra-Sports Sea Horses to look at, no Vectors up this way
