Every boat is different. Is it clean? What electronics? Trailer?
too many variables.

Not sure of that engine (have heard any HPDI over 200 had issues, but have, also, heard many people were happy with theirs). IMO, if clean and decent electronics, low $20s. I have a 2007 with F150 with bottom paint and some dings in glass and scuffs on pipework that I can not figure out what was mounted to it and got a pretty good deal for it out of NJ.

I know, I am just looking for a ball park number. It has a Garmin 746s, basic stereo, VHF radio. All the basics that most center console would have.

It is clean and no stress cracks in the gel. Has been stored inside and comes with trailer.

T-top? Use that HPDI 250 in your negotiation as they have an awful reputation with 98% of the people out there.

The price would have to be low enough that I could rationalize repowering with a new engine within a couple years for when the 250 HPDI goes tits up.

Some people have had great luck with the HPDI.

I am in the same boat. I feel like this will always be a good hull, there will always be a market for these boats in good shape and as long as the new boat market keeps going up, these should hold firm in the low 20s

Are you sure it is a 250HPDI not a 200HPDI? I've never seen one with a 250 and the 200HPDI is a much more desirable engine.

If its a really a 250HPDI I wouldn't pay more than $15k. If its a 200HPDI maybe $17k to $20k. If you look hard you can get a nice one with a F150 for around $20k,

Yes, it really is a 250 HPDI. I have read a lot about these engines, seems there were only a handful that sucked. Stay on top of maintenance and should be okay??
