Default I-dock (Evinrude) vs Optimus 360 (Suzuki)

I have motor options of Evinrude, Suzuki or Merc, on twin 150’s and I want fly-by-wire digital shift/throttle so I can have joy stick steering. I love the spot lock and other features the Optimus offers, but will also have a trolling motor so its almost redundant. The I-dock does not have that functionality, but does have joystick steering so its a compromise. Question is, how much would I miss the missing functionality of the Optimus 360 over the I-dock if I have an Ulterra self deploy trolling motor? Its going on a new build, so I can get rigged right off the bat rather than the costly upgrades that put the Optimus 360 quite up there on the $’s. I also love the torque on the Evinrude G2’s, but Suzuki makes a great engine too. Unfortunately, Mercury to my understanding does not offer digital controls on their 150’s, or I would probably go with them. Luckily, we have seriously great options on outboards these days. Any thoughts or experiences to share? Thanks!
