thank you, lots of man hours put in. But the satisfaction of doing all the work yourself is worth it.

Looks fantastic Love what you did with it , I have the same exact boat. I’ve done a ton of new stuff to mine, really like what you did with the Cobia switch panel, I need a new one who made it for you?

Heck of a job sir! I love when people take the time to renew a perfectly good platform.

Great job! I'm doing a lot of the same stuff right now - all started with my 20 year old trim tabs giving up... that led to rewire which led to a new switch panel which led to redoing the dash (I had some funky angles like your old dash did) which leads to paint...
Speaking of paint, what did you use? I like how you did the storage boxes in blue.

Thanks! Its a great boat especially with trim tabs that work now. As for the panel, i have a friend who does. etching/engraving do it.

yeah those dash angles on the older boats are tricky. All the new boats have flat dashes for the 15” displays. I couldn’t even fit a 7” screen before, so had to go flat.

The paint used was sherwin williams stuff. Primer was the yacht line epoxy 3000 2 coats. top coat was high solids polyurethane 3 coats. Honestly the stuff is just as good as awlgrip without the $$$. Think i paid around $100 a gallon. I also picked up a breathe cool system. The fumes from sprayingare no joke. The surface has a mirror finish except for some orange peel texture only because I originally rolled the wrong kind of primer on and was a bear to remove all the way. (dont do that )

Curious ……. what are the 5 small boxes that look like relays above the fuse panel?

i am going to start chartering soon with her so that will be the next thing to be upgraded. Probably a mid 2010’s 300 verado which is affordable at the moment for me. I just love that ox66 though, plenty of power and you cant kill these things !

All that masking and taping makes me want to cringe! Turned out nicely. Did you paint the bottom?
