Default 2018 Hunting pictures

May as well get this going this year....

Hunted Rhode Island state property for muzzleloader season.

Shot this small buck in his bed Saturday Nov 3 in high winds an 10 yds.
I was in my tree and saw him for a second upwind 100 yds away, Then lost him on the edge of the swamp.
I got down from my tree, walked in a creek then stalked slow, then went on my knees. Cocked my gun as I knew he was close and shot when he stood up!

Heading to SC's low country for Thanksgiving. Uncle has 100 acres loaded with whitetail and now hogs. Hoping to bring home some kind of meat. 1st time hunting in over 3 years.

Got this guy this morning in southcentral PA at my house. 22 yards, spined it. Ducked the shot. A finisher put it away. No tracking needed. Shot at 6:55AM, drug it out with the tractor, skinned and back to work by 8:30 AM.

Got this guy my first sit of the season. Decided to try some grunting and it paid off pretty quickly! Within 5 minutes he came on a string right to the base of my tree, not even a 5 yard shot and heart punched him.
