Default Tribute 37

As most of you guys have probably heard by now I have kind of semi-retired. My son Rich Jr. has partnered up with another guy in what we hope will be a long future in boat building. This 37 is their first of a new line of super hi-tech, high performance, center console boats. They are still finishing it up and don't really have the perfect props on it, but 87 mph seems to be her top speed, minus the T-top. My guys are not stopping here, they have done a ton of drawing and engineering for a big sportfish, with similar features to the 37.

Best wishes, Rich

Wow 87 is smoking with trips even without a T-top. She has some pretty lines on her also.

WOW what a gorgeous boat. But you can't make a post like that without all the details! What construction techniques are used? Are you going to make a version of the 37 with a sport yacht layout? Also you need a few dozen more pictures!

I seen this beauty going out of Palm Beach about a month ago and pulled up to tell him how awesome it looked! He turned north out of the inlet and all you could see was the rooster tail fade away in the 3-5 seas.
Good Luck to him!

I know that fast CCs are the thing in SoFla right now but I do hope your son and crew get back to the big boats. Gotta keep that Smith legacy alive and kickin'!

I guess this picture downloading works without photobucket first. A while back when I tried this, the pictures came out the size of postage stamps. Well someone asked about deadrise, I always respond with the queation "Where?" here is a coming at you view, quite an entry! The sitting shot is with Rich jr. getting ready to drive back on to the trailer. I doesnt really resemble my big boats, but I will admit it is a pretty thing. Watch out for the old guy in the black"Reel Joy" shirt! Rich

Gorgeous doesn't come close to describing that piece of artwork and technology!

Man, it's been too long since I visited Stuart! That old guy's hair used to be blonde, or is that paint overspray?
