Nice to see all these projects. Keep up the good work. Appreciate all the photos, that farmall paint is probably better than factory.

OK, not sure how I missed it, but I just shot most of an afternoon reading through the entire thread. Not sure what else to say other than well done tillman and well done to your students.

This kind of education is dying and is, IMHO, just as important as any 4 year degree out there and likely more lucrative for these kids. You are training them for jobs that actually exist.

I started out my college education late at a community college in their Construction Management program and learned more there than the university I completed the degree at. I am where I am at today more so because of the community college than the university.

We didn't have it like this but we built an entire house, top to bottom, from the foundation to the shingles and even stick built cabinets. It's hands on classes that really teach you.

Again, awesome job, my hat is off to you and your students.

I stumbled into this thread today and think it's awesome. These kids are doing great work and seem happy. This is what America is all about. Good kids taking an interest and running with it to better themselves! Thank God for teachers like you who give a crap and hopefully motivate a good majority of them to earn a career. Thank you for sharing all of this.

Awesome thread!

Just curious what happened to the rings around the cup holders? Looks like they’ve disappeared in the most recent photos.

Read through the majority of the thread before I realized it was right here in Mobile. I wish my sons would have had the opportunity to participate in something like this when they were in High School. Awesome lessons that are so valuable today.
