Default How Did You Spend Your Holiday Weekend?

A Balmy 42deg. in the “D”. Pretty dang chilly but it had to get done.

Ran my old Double Eagle across Georgia Strait to an island where I own a cabin and a bunch of property. I don't have any specific pics from the weekend, but this is what it looks like in my bay, and then going up the hill/cliff to my cabin.





It's about 80 miles round trip; I spend as much time over there as I can. This time we got six days before work dragged us back.

Wow, nice looking meal.

And it looks like the chef was wearing shorts.

Have to push launch back at least a week, been to Damm cold here to work on the boat.

It snowed here “AGAIN” over the weekend.

Couldn't even take in a ball game.

I’m starting to have serious thoughts about moving south.

Thanks guys, she is fine. Had a procedure, no big deal, started bleeding a week later. Lost enough blood to put her in the hospital for 3 days.. She is fine now

Working on the point.
Spring arrival takes about two weekends to get things started or put a good hurt on it anyway.
Last weekend, got it started , finished everything but one more more flower bed will finish that today.. Pontoon is having a new water pump, picking up the dodge from having it inspected today, looks like this is the last weekend of winter trying to hold on, dragster is ready,bass boat has the bling, and undercover just waiting to hit the water, green light next weekend we're off and running here for the rest of the year.
Always stop enjoy a front porch cookout about 30 minuets before sunset so Easter is my starting summer life clean up Get-R-Done time of year.
Life goes on.. .

We were the event photographers for this 5 Day Rodeo in Arkansas. Although it was lots of work, the drinking and fun was of EPIC proportions
