Probably from 1985 or so, father and uncle used to do a yearly trip with the boat to the Salmon River area.

Awesome, I've been waiting to use this pic and I may "win" this thread! lol. This is my Dad fishing for snappers (small bluefish) I presume at Bellport dock, LI, NY. Not exactly sure of the year, my Dad was born in 1941 however. So like late 1940s I guess.

My late Dad at 90 fluke fishing in Vineyard Sound. Ex-Coastie, he loved fishing more than life.

Both of my parents loved fishing and boating. This picture was taken at the same time as some others, with Dad, my brother and I proudly showing off our "catch" (dolphin). I presume my Mom took this picture, and it beautifully illustrates my Dad's love of fishing and his sense of humor.

Rest In Peace, Mom and Dad. We love you and miss you!

Guessing on date - approx 1999 Cape Cod Bay with my youngest daughter. Likely a small striper.

This one goes back a few years,,, an 8 day long range tuna trip we took. Good times. It'll be three years at the end of this month he's been gone. We fished the last week of his life,, just a half day trip on the local head boat. He got a pretty little Mutton that day.

Good god I miss fishing with him.

Unfortunately, I don't have too many with my father in an electronic formant as he passed away 14 years ago this April 29th...hard to believe...miss him so much every day. Here are some of me and my brother with our children. I hope to have thousands more over the years.

My brother and his son in Boca Grande, FL 2 years ago.

Don't want to put too many, but wanted to share a few...can't wait to get my little ones fishing out on the boat this year.

First one from the 1970s in Green Harbor, MA (he's on the left - yes, 4 giants in one day - worth 15 cents/lb back then); second from Pt Judith, RI in 2008.
