Default Nice camera for fishing?

Was wondering anyone of u have experience with this Pentax Optio W90 12 Megapixel Waterproof Digital Camera ? Wanna buy a decent camera. Confusing what to choose. My firend suggest me to go with this camera. Kinda love it. But I'm not sure for its quality. Is it suitable for fishing? Still, is it a nice buy? Thanks for any input.

i dont konw much abouit, but i have the olympus sw 1030 and like it. the quality is good i think for point and shoot. the case is nice and heavy duty. for this type of camera in geneal, it is nice being able to dip the thing over the rail and snap a pic.

The Pentax is terrible. I had it and took it back. I now have a Panasonic Lumix TS2 and could not be any happier. It takes great pics, HD video, plus it's waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof. It has gotten great reviews as has the Canon Waterproof Camera.

All the pictures I've been posting have been taken with the Panasonic TS2.

Super little camera. Check cheapstingybargains.com for them, I bought mine at Abe's of Maine for about $330.

Waterproof, shockproof, HD Video and takes decent indoor pictures, something my Olympus SW was not good at at all. 8G Class 10 SD card handles all the pictures and video I can handle.

There's a guy on here Jet Ski Brian that takes some amazing pics from his jet ski. Just check out the Marlin Wear photos he took. I can't imagine a more demanding way to take a pic than this. Hopefully he will chime in.

My brother and I have both had great luck with the Olympus waterproof cameras. We each have different models and different years. Both cameras have been great.

Jet Ski Brian is on vacation. I'm sure if you sent him a pm he would get back with you when he returns.
