Default Console pictures

I am looking for some inspiration! I want to do something different with the Cosole on both my boats. Post up you console pictures with gauges and controls. Let me see what you got! This is the sad situation I have going on right now. A there are only a few of the gauges that work properly so they will all be getting replaced. Also can anyone tell me what the white thing to the right of my controls is?

Looks like it might be an old engine synchronizer.

So no one wants to show off their console/Helm layouts? If its a fear that I will copy what you have then no worries! I have a good idea how I want to lay it out but though I might see something that will add some tweaks to my planned layout that will improve it.

Grey starboard. I was a little reluctant to go grey instead of the white that was there, but after I installed it, I like it a lot better. Doesn't show as much dirt as the white either.

So is this a dual or single engine setup? If dual can you explain how it works? (please excuse my Noobness)

It is dual engines. Each lever controls the gear and throttle on it's respective side. If you go up or back 1 click that is forward and reverse. Once past the first click you then advance the lever forward or back for throttle control. Having split single lever controls like that gives you, in my opinion, the most control over maneuvering the boat.

I built it myself. I used 1/4" clear acrylic from Lowes and cut the holes out with a 1/8" router bit. I had some mirror image stickers made of the WC logo so that I could stick them to the back side of the acrylic panel. Once the sticker was on I spray painted the back side of the acrylic. Pretty simple to do, just take your time.
