Great pics - thanks for posting them up. It's nice for those of us that can't make it to see some of what is going on. Those 7's look bad.

I would like to know why the "Highway Patrol" needs a boat? Are they the predominant force in Texas? Just curious.....

I noticed the taxpayer funded boats for the cops to play in appeared to be no expense spared.

The Texas Highway Patrol boat was paid for entirely with seized funds. That's it and that's all.

the Texas Highway Patrol are the "State Police" here. I heard this boat is for running along the Border Lakes/Rivers to chase the drug cartels. also, I don't think any taxpayer $$ involved. all money confiscated from the bad guys. they also bought a $4M helicopter the same way.

Where were the throttles on the Highway patrol boat? Must be in between the seats?

The throttles are attached to the Shoxs system. It was on the arm rest of the port side chair.

Love the white Yami's. Saw them for the first time a couple of weeks ago when I was sitting at a red light in Fairhope, AL and something big with 3 white Yami's went by. First thought was... what the hell is that? Thinking it's some new E-TEC. Then I figured, the guy could afford a 36 footer with trip Yami's he can probably afford a custom paint job. I guess it's going to be an option... at least on the big boys.
